I would like to thank the original signers of this petition that helped launch it. I will also like to thank all of the new people that signed the petition just today, who have decided to come aboard. This is a great day in history, and it may eventually mean the first step of getting Mr. Kenneth Clair exonerated for a crime he didn't commit. I hope that everyone continues to share this petition, and market it, because we are talking about saving the life of an individual who the DA plans to put to death. It doesn't make any sense that the prosecution has been sitting on a exculpatory evidence for years now, of the actual person that left DNA on the crime scene, when they know that Kenneth Clair's DNA was nowhere on the crime scene. The DA and some ineffective defense attorneys want to cover up all evidence in an efforts to execute an innocent man. They are all hoping that this man will die of natural causes on death row, before anyone will do anything about it. It is important that justice is done. No human being is disposable because of their race, religion, or natural origin, or because he or she is homeless, or the readiness to solve a crime using someone who the DA thinks that society will not miss. I hope this petition will bring to light to the DAs office in Orange County, California, that the people will not sit still until this man gets justice.
