Waste being poured into our Texas waters needs to be stopped. If we continue to sit back and let officials twiddle their thumbs while our waters are being dumped with tons of waste we will have nothing to drink from. Fish and wild life will be harmed if no action is taking. Texas ranks as the 2nd state behind Indiana with the most waste being poured illegally into our rivers and lakes first reported via Texas Tribune. I care about these issues the same way my other fellow Texans should, because if nothing is done our great state will suffer while industries make money off that suffering.
