Hello Everyone,

My name is Leyla.

I was born with a multifaceted genetic disorder called Tuberous sclerosis complex. (TSC).  As a result I have tumours in my brain, heart and kidneys. I have mild learning difficulties and live with epilepsy.  When I was born my life expectancy was a few years. Guess what?  I am 30 this year :-) I love my life. I have 2 naughty cats, crazy but fun sisters and I play football for South London Girls. Oh and Charlton are the best football club ever ;-)

I believe in staying strong and fighting.  I have survived lots of surgeries and don't intend on stopping now. My current battle is with the tumours in my kidneys.  Despite everything the doctors are doing they are still getting bigger.  My Consultant has fought several times for me to receive the drug Everolimus which has proven to shrink these tumours (cases showing tumours being shrunk by 86%). We have been refused several times. With my tumours getting bigger I need this medication and I need it soon.

So, here's where I need YOUR help. I am setting up this petition to gather support my for my claim. I would like Everolimus to be funded by the NHS so that people living with TSC can have hope for the future if treated with Everolimus.

I hope you can help and sign his petition for me to present to whoever comes into office. i need a LOT of signatures or my sister said she would streak outside parliament. That's not going to be a pretty sight.
