The Philippines, as per declared by the president Duterte, is currently in a vulnerable state due to this current issue that may have something to do with the untoward actions of the local terrorists, and has spread fear across the country. Imagine those countless innocent lives taken by just one explosive device that is a major concern not only to our nation but to the world as well.

A recent event that occurred in the busy Roxas night market last September 2nd, 2016, has the whole country mourning for the loss of 14 innocent lives and the suffering of the other 60 injured people. The incident caused widespread panic, alongside with the president's declaration of the "state of lawlessness", which was later heightened to pose the country to a "state of national emergency". This amplified the military operations throughout the whole nation, setting up numerous checkpoints to the country's key cities where threat is more likely to be evident.

Yet indeed, a countrywide disturbance like this made us stood up to be a stronger and a more relentless nation despite all these trials we have faced through the years. We, Filipinos, did not forget our brothers and sisters as we shared in each other's company. Thus, we continue to spread the awareness, along with many other campaigns and causes that are propagated not only throughout the country, but to anywhere else in the world in hopes that everyone might be moved and could call to action in order to prevent terrorist attacks and hostilities such as this.
