Fund an injunction against the Labour Party and Iain McNicol, who are threatening to expel me for 'anti-semitism' and who have given me less than four weeks to prepare a response to a 189 page dossier. 2. Fund an action for defamation against the bogus charity, the Campaign Against Anti-Semitism. On 26th February in this article CAA defamatory article 1 and again on 25th September in this article CAA defamatory article 2 I was called 'a notorious anti-semite'. 20 months ago, I was suspended for 'anti-semitism' despite being Jewish. 17 months ago I had an investigative hearing, the transcript of which can be found here towards the end of the article Investigative hearing article with transcript On November 2nd, whilst still in hospital, I was given until December 1st to file a response to a 189 page dossier for an Expulsion Hearing on December 11th. On release from hospital, I collected the bundle of charges and 'evidence' on November 5th. Despite taking 17 months to prepare charges, I was given less than 1 month to prepare a response. As a leading anti-zionist and campaigner for Palestinian solidarity, I am a key target for the Israel/Zionist lobby i.e. Labour Friends of Israel and the Jewish Labour Movement. There are good grounds for an injunction and I need at least £20,000 in total to also get an action for defamation on track. These actions are essential to fighting back against the Zionists and witch-hunters of the Labour Party. Will you help me to fight Iain McNicol and the Labour Friends of Israeli Apartheid?
