We demand immediate action at 3 Mile Family Beach in Penticton.  A sign must be posted stating, “No nudity allowed on 3 Mile Beach” without delay.  The recent June 2014 encroachment by nudists onto the family beach has forced families to move to the dog beach.  It is also highly offensive that people are exposing themselves to children and families.   This area is not secluded and is in a residential neighborhood.  Penticton and Naramata takes pride in its strong family values.   3 Mile Beach is also situated in one of the most beautiful wine regions in Canada.  Please no foreign signatures.

This is not a clean nude beach, it is a sexual meeting place.
