May 25, 2013 — PROBABLY EVERY NON-PROFIT AT SOME TIME OR ANOTHER NEEDS AN ATTORNEY. EACH ORGANIZATION NEEDS TO CHOOSE ONE THAT IS COMPETENT, HAS REASONABLE FEES, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY HAS A PHILOSOPHY THAT IS IN LINE WITH THE NON-PROFIT EMPLOYING IT.
AS I UNDERSTAND IT, THE KBOO MANAGER HAS CHOSEN ONE THAT MOST DECIDEDLY IS AT ODDS WITH THE KBOO PHILOSOPHY, WHICH IS GROUNDED IN FAIRNESS, EQUITABILITY, AND IN TUNE WITH THE FINEST VALUES THAT LABORING PEOPLE REQUIRE.
KBOO'S PROGRAMS PROVIDE COVERAGE OF ISSUES OF IMPORTANCE TO WORKING PEOPLE AND TO THE KBOO COMMUNITY AND THEIR INTERESTS AND ASPIRATIONS.
IF THIS IS NOT DONE, KBOO NEEDS TO FIND NEW LEADERS IN KEEPING WITH ITS PHILOSOPHY, A LEADERSHIP THAT WILL SUPPORT ITS COMMUNITY AND WILL HIRE HELPERS SUCH AS ATTORNEYS WHO ARE ON BOARD WITH THEIR PHILOSOPHIES AND POLICIES.===
