Hello everyone!  As you may or may not remember, I started this petition to the City of Independence Missouri in 2021. Since then, we have a new Mayor in office, and well, just life has happened.  

I would like to re-energize this petition!

I have tweaked it slightly to make it more timely, and changed the recipient to Mayor Rory Rowland, who along with other council members is emailed each time the petition is signed. I would like to present the petition to the City Council in person by the end of 2023, so please share with anyone you feel will support it.
