This petition I would like to refer to Mr Gopinath Sadhubugga who was my boss in both the sites United Eltham and United Yarraglen. Course I came to Australia on 25 September 2008 on student visa to complete my Multi Media course in Cambridge International College in Melbourne .My University timings are Monday to Friday 6.00 p.m to 9.00 p.m.

Job in United After college I used to continue my first job has a console operator at United Eltham Fuel Station on 7th February 2009. My shift used to start at 10.00p.m and it ends next day morning 8.00 a.m .It was 10 Hrs night shift .After that My boss Mr Gopi use to continues the shift but he will never allows me to leave the console untill banking amount is adjusted and deposited in ANZ bank. Working for another extra 6 hrs is he will never pay for us.If there is any drive off during the shift he will deduct the drive off amount from our wages. To cover that drive amount he will give another extra night shift.On the whole Mr Gopi pays $10 per hour and he will pays the tax only for 20 hrs. I used to get 4 night shifts per week which means 40 hrs but some times there will be drive which we will deduct from wages. Education Dis continued Due to continue work in United till 1.00 p.m during the day time .There was no proper sleep and I was unable to concentrate on my studies. At the same time United Eltham was taken by the new management in January 2010 and they removed the all old staff students working over there. I asked a job to Mr Gopi in another fuel station United Yarraglen. Mr Gopi told me that there is no requirement at the movement in United Yarraglen but there is a chance in Eltham milk bar taken away Shop at 55 Weidlich Rd, Eltham North VIC 3095, Australia.Which is newly owned by Mr Gopi at that time.Mr Gopi had put an condition that if I am going to help him in the shop renovation then only he will offer me a job over there.The shop renovation took place for 2 weeks daily I used to help him in the Shop to make it in perfect condition for which he never paid any wages to me.Later he had had changed his word to give job to his friend wife Swetha .Saying that milk bar is meant for only girls not for boys.At that same time my mental conditions got effected and dis continued the studies. Job in yarraglen. Just to make me satisfied Mr Gopi had offered job in United Yarraglen in April 2010. I used to get one shift in a week .I am decided to leave Australia before June 2010 month by making some money for my traveling expenses.One Shit in a week is not enough for me to save money so I asked Mr Gopi to give me extra shifts. One day Mr Gopi told to me he is going to give extra shifts only if I am intrested to work cash in hand for him full time and suggested me to show fake work experience certificate which will use full for Getting Permanent Residency in Australia .He said to me by this way both will get benefited. He said I will not pay tax on you and you get fake experience certificate spending some money. He told me he is going to provide accommodation facility for staff people soon in yarraglen because other staff people who name was Uday and Krishnayya Bandi who was working for him they are going to India .Every one knows Mr Gopi working style if there is a drive off he will deduct drive off amount from wages. Finally before my visa got expired nothing had left with me.So I got stuck in United Yarraglen. Accommodation in Yarraglen. Through Integrity real estate in Yarraglen mr Gopi had provided accommodation facility to me at 12 Gale Ct, Yarra Glen VIC 3775 by charging rent $ 350 per month for me and another two Indians also joined in my House who were working in yarraglen Bakery who names are Mr Samuel and John Gain and they are also paying the same rent which I was paying to Mr Gopi .I had shifted to that house in Month of 24 September 2010,The contract for that House is for just 3 months only.Later Mr Gopi had left to India with his family to celebrate his son 1 st birthday with his parents.Mr Gopi left Australia on 2 nd Octomber 2010 and he came back to Australia in 2nd week of January .So when the contract of the 12 Gale Ct,house came to an end.

The real Estate agent had arranged a house at 57 yarra view road Yarraglen Yarra Glen VIC 3775.If any one is having any dout regarding of the house .They can check Mr Gopi Nab Account cheques were signed by Mr Gopi on the name of the Integrity Real estate in Yarraglen. Before 17th of every month Cheques were released from United yarraglen to real Estate Agent.Only two staff was working for him one was me Mr Tirupathi Shiva Prasad and other Mr Mandepanda Poonacha . No Staff in United Yarraglen. when Mr Gopi came back from India the another Staff person working in United Yarraglen Mr Mandepanda Mandaiah Poonacha want go back to India to write his ielts exam for applying for Permanent residency .At that time I had informed to Mr Gopi that my visa got expired earlier because of Shortage money .Mr Gopi told nothing to worry I will take care .Don't reveal this matter any where you will be in trouble..If any one ask your visa status say to them you applied for Temporary Residency.

Later Mr Gopi brought a Indian Girl her name was Sudha Madhuri Komojju to work for him on the console.She was working on Tax then Mr Gopi gave rent free accomedation to that Indian Girl.Then Mr Gopi had started put more work pressure on me.Mr Gopi made that girl to work on the console only and he made me to do all pysical work like stock filling, cleaning the car wash bays, clearing the Bins, cleaning the floor etc .He started exploiting me as much as he can .So that I should leave United by myself.I had explained by situation to girl working with me.She said ask your money from Mr Gopi which you had worked all these days .When I asked Mr Gopi to pay back my money .Mr Gopi took to his house and he had threatened me and said I will put you prison if you won't obey me.

He said to me that Girl will be Good position and Mr Gopi said he pays some penality has fine .I spoke to the lawyer .Finally you will be in prison Shiva he said and forcibly he made write an affidavit according to his favour and took me to the Australian Post office in Rossana to sign on the affidavit .So that he will be in safe side in Future and he told me the way to go back to India safely. Mr Gopi had spoke to lawyer on mobile and said there will be a community servant in Rossana whos name called Uma tell her that your here by your self.They will take care of everything.I had fallowed his instruction .finally I am in India now.Mr Gopi mentioned that dont reveal that your working or else they will put in prison he said to me and escaped in a smart way.This is all happened because I was unable to take proper decision at that time.
