The New Orleans Street Renaming Commission has advised that Tivoli Circle is still the legal name for the street surrounding the land by the National World War II Museum. 

Thus it is better to keep the street name as it has been since 1810 and make the land inside a Blue Star and Gold Star Memorial as Victory Circle.
