It's been 40 days since a clemency application was filed on behalf of Tina. Currently, the application is in the hands of the parole board and has yet to reach the Governor's desk.

Once a clemency application is filed, the parole board has 60 days to review its merit. If merit is determined, the application is sent to the Governor pending an investigation and possible public hearing.
