The following statement was taken directly from the state of Michigan’s court documents regarding Tina’s case.

“The police investigation disclosed that at the time of her arrest on September 14, 2018, she had suffered serious emotional and physical abuse at the hands of the decedent. That was objectively confined by the photographs that were taken of Ms. Talbot at the time of her arrest. Those photographs showed a battered and beaten woman. Her subsequent hospitalization revealed a broken arm, several broken ribs, lungs that wee partially collapsed, and a spleen that was lacerated.”

The evidence is clear. Tina suffered severe emotional and physical abuse for several years. She is a victim, not a criminal. Our work will not stop until Tina is released from prison.
