Finding oneself all of a sudden the unpaid carer of an aged, infirm, disabled, or incapacitated loved one presents many challenges and difficulties fraught with uncertainties and complications.

Although it might seem there is very little information out there for unpaid carers about what support is available and what free services they can receive, there are resources out there to help carers navigate their way through the dark so to speak.

Albeit the mainstream media hasn’t been interested in our plight, or this Petition, the Australian Carers Guide has supported its promulgation.
