Hiya, I sent our signature numbers to Tim Hortons and got the same canned form reply that I have received in the past. Customer Service obviously has a cut and paste list for the different special dietary needs groups. Did you see that Tim Hortons has dropped from 4th most reputable Canadian business to 50th? Yikes. I'd say they are probably doing a little rep-repair these days. A nice gesture would be to offer a gluten free option. Maybe 4000 signatures would be more impressive? I will not give up! I have yet to sit and enjoy a snack in a Tim Hortons in my children's lifetime. G O A L !
