My name is Prince Joshua (IG: @ThePrinceJoshua, Tiktok: @ThePrinceJoshua_) I influence fashion through media, talk about queer and sexual education, and promote having an all-accepting environment. My mantra is "Royalty is the mindset you wear" and believe everyone should live life genuinely and authentically. I’ve recently been appealing post deletions, account violations, and even the deleting of my account. It all started with a post I made on Tiktok. I was informing people to ask for consent, if they see someone wearing a collar and leash, before trying to grab or touch what they were wearing. I thought it was a simple topic that wouldn’t cause such a fuss but my video was almost at 1 million views. I started getting a lot of people thanking me for the post, and a lot of comments hating on me. I received comments saying “you don’t deserve respect for wearing a leash” and, “i’ll do what i want with you since you look like a sub,” so I began to respond. I informed people that even if one is a dom, they do not have the right or consent to dom anyone without their consent. I thought that would be common sense but the video response gained a lot of traction. I also talked about the way everyone should respect what others wear and ask for permission if they were to touch the items they wore, many commented they would “yank my chain” if they were to ever see me in public with a leash on. In our community kink has always been a staple part of the LGBTQIA and has been represented in our bars, at pride, and more. Furthermore if what someone is wearing does not affect you, then you should not worry or be concerned about it. I wanted to have a mature conversation with the users of Tiktok and began receiving video “violations” for sexual activity. I was shirtless, talking about consent, and wearing a collar, knowing that Tiktok had already processed my video, I knew someone was reporting my account. I began to appeal the violations and received a few videos back right before I received a notification that my account had been banned and deleted. It’s frustrating having a following of 77K, then being completely removed and not even being paid the amount Tiktok owed me in my creator fund. I am in the process of appealing the violation but have not had any success in the last two weeks. I feel as though I am being discriminated against since I am a gay Latino male with tattoos, where I see many skinny, blonde haired, white, cis, hetero, girls who wear collars and talk about kink on Tiktok while my account gets targeted and deleted. I want us all to hold the app accountable and hold us all to the same guidelines as it feels like I have different rules to abide by than they do. 

Please help my story be shared as queer voices are continuously being censored and deleted.
