For about the last two weeks my account @thatmanjubilee (~400k) was unjustly and wrongfully banned with no warning, which I believe to be racially motivated or at the very least hate motivated since I haven’t violated the guidelines in any capacity that gave them reason to warn me. This happened after I had posted 2 videos talking about Onlyfans that were a day apart. I also posted a video critiquing a TikTok video that jokingly portrayed an attempted rape/Sexual Assault skit and glorified it as hot and funny, in that video I also gave small criticism to the people storming the capitol building. In the midst of this I was already emailing TikTok because there were issues in the creator fund that were preventing me from removing $1,000+ from the fund to my PayPal. When confronted with this ban I was not even given the option to appeal like many other creators who have went through similar circumstances. When I reached out to TikTok support they simply said my videos had violated the Adult Nudity and Sexual Activities Community Guideline, despite me only having one video taken down in the Last 5 MONTHS. Not to mention there are numerous videos that go super viral and get hundreds of thousands of views of women being all but naked or men showing their bulge to make it seem as if they are endowed and their videos remain up and accounts intact. I would also like to add Zoe Laverne still has her account after bragging about being a child predator and Tony Lopez, who has an active lawsuit out against him, still has his platform. I was also racking up views and gaining followers extremely quickly. Despite my best efforts and the efforts of my followers the best we’ve gotten is a response from their bots. Other creators have spoken up on my behalf and some have gone as far as to email their direct contacts in the app to get my account back because people who followed me and even those who merely saw me up on the For You Page. I knew that my content was by no means bad or offensive. Not to mention I’ve had issues with them banning my live then when I appeal I get it back within the hour, because TikTok RACIALLY attacks it’s creators and an inside source informed me about how the creators purposefully attack black creators.
