We are a small business and we started TikTok to promote what we create by hand. We have promoted plenty of products on a regular basis.  My name is Michelle and I am one of the Co CEOs and one of the content creators. We recently had a week long end of year sale and my partner created a video to promote that sale by displaying some of our products. 

Later the same day the video was posted we noticed that we hadn't had any feedback on the video and upon checking saw our video had been blocked from view and was under investigation for violation of community guidelines. 

I opened up and read all community guidelines we most certainly did not meet any of the criteria to violate any of the guidelines. My partner started an appeal process and I sent an email. Neither garnered a response. They never reached out to discuss anything. They did their own "investigation" and decided on their own that we did violate guidelines and completely removed our video.
