My account was recently banned for unclear reasons. Username was @andwhynotshesaid 

I was not notified for reasons as to which it was banned. The account is mostly educational with some humor, mostly having to do with my profession as a gastroenterologist and working under the hashtag #pooptok. It had over 110k followers, and people found it very helpful and reached out to me regularly. I found it rewarding to bring humor and education to a potentially embarrassing subject. Since it’s been banned, people are reaching out to me on other social media because they miss the content.

I did nothing wrong. I have never spammed, posted threats, hate speech, nudity, or substances. Previous content that had been placed under review was promptly removed by me, and has included textbook pictures of anatomy, which TikTok considered nudity, as well as duets with other creators. Notably, the original videos frequently stayed up while my duet was deleted. 

If there was a guideline infringement, I assure you it was a misunderstanding, and I will work harder in the future to avoid such situations. I feel if a questionable video was posted in an otherwise unproblematic account, the video can be removed without banning the whole account with a large audience.

I am distressed by this as I usually don’t post offensive material, and apologize for any misunderstanding.  I strongly urge you to reconsider this decision. Please please give me back my account.
