In summary, I was banned 3 separate times for 7 days respectively, within the last 30 days. That’s 21 out of 30 days that I’ve been blocked from posting. The first two times were because I posted videos about racism. They removed 6 of my videos for “violating community guidelines”, more specifically “hate speech”. They even removed a video where all I asked was “what would to do if straight people didn’t exist for 24 hours”. In just 3 hours, that video got 70k views and 5500 comments, tiktok then took it down for “hate speech” and shadowbanned the video when I tried to repost. I feel it was because the comments were filled with love and vulnerability from the LGBTQ+ community & TikTok didn’t like that. 

The second time I was banned was for 7 days (until December 2nd). On December 2nd I posted the last 10 videos you see on my page. I immediately posted everything in my drafts in fear of getting banned again. Merely 10 hours later, my account was blocked from posting again for another 7 days. I wasn’t even back for 24 hours before getting banned. This time, they gave me no warning. They simply said I had “too many community guidelines violations”. They never removed any of my videos, so I literally didn’t even commit a violation. 

The video I posted about Casey Goodson’s murder by a police officer was shadowbanned as soon as I posted it. It got 2 views in 1 whole hour.... I was on my TikTok live at the time and I told the people on the live to boost the video. That’s when it got views. But it was still suppressed. That video currently has 290k views.. meanwhile another creator reposted my video and it currently has 1.1 million views. He only had 1000 followers at the time so it’s very clear that my account as a whole is being suppressed. 

I feel like I’m in the hunger games and I’m disobeying the Capital, so they’re punishing me. I’m scared to post certain types of content about racism or sexism, in fear of being banned for a 4th time or having my account removed. I’ve also been banned from Live on 3 separate occasions for “copyright infringement”. 

Lastly, I’ve appealed every single video removal and live ban and 6 out of the 8 times, they admitted to making a mistake & they put the videos back up.... but I still got banned because they didn’t remove the strikes against my account.
