But we must now turn our attention to Live Nation, the official event promoter behind Beyoncé’s COWBOY CARTER TOUR.

While Ticketmaster handled ticket sales, Live Nation is ultimately responsible for the overall experience — including the misrepresented stage layouts, VIP packages that did not match reality, and the health and safety concerns fans have faced at the venues.

Live Nation and Ticketmaster operate as a combined entity, and both companies must take responsibility for the unjust pricing structure, the lack of transparency, and the complete disregard for the fan experience.

We are not asking for special treatment — we are asking for fair treatment:

• Partial refunds or credits for those who paid exorbitant prices for VIP tickets now sold at a fraction of the cost.
• Answers about misleading venue layouts that put fans in danger or left them disappointed.
• Compensation for VIP services that were promised but never delivered.
  Live Nation, we are calling on you to engage with fans, acknowledge what went wrong, and commit to making it right.
