good evening and happy easter. I know that for many these holidays and long weekends are especially hard when you don’t have those closest to celebrate. I carry that feeling and feel for those in the same position. 

often times local ER’s and urgent access centers are overflowed further draining services during holidays. We need significant change to have the supports needed for those in times of additional vulnerability during these otherwise happy times

This is why I am committed to my goal of speaking with policy makers about why we need better mental health supports. I am proud of the traction I have received and am working behind the scenes
