Since the beginning of spring 15-year-old Aliona Zagreba started documenting her life in the besieged Mariupol.

She describes her day-to-day life in a particularly calm manner. First, there were broken windows, then bombing of a nearby hospital, and burned cars around it. Aliona had to get rid of all plants in her room, as the temperature fell to 11 degrees Celsius (51.8 Fahrenheit).

She describes how her family survived without gas, heating and water, collecting and melting the snow outside. And finally she tells about the much awaited evacuation.
