Following the inquest in to the death of Shante Andreé Marie Turay-Thomas in 2018 a coroner’s inquest highlighted 20 areas of concern. One area of concern raised was that Shante's GP did not emphasise to her that two adrenaline auto-injector pens should be carried at all times.

At Campaign For Two Adrenaline Pens we of course welcome NICE guidance changing and hope that alongside MHRA guidance this will be enough to finally persuade the BSACI to amend their own dangerous guidelines.
It shouldn't have taken a death. Our thoughts are constantly with that of Shante's family. #alwayscarrytwo
