Dear Supporters, I have been overwhelmed with the amount of support the petition has gained and in 6 days we have jumped from 3000 to 4,700 signatures. It's fantastic but although the petition has been viewed by more than this figure, it shows that there are many thousands of people who suffer from severe allergic reactions who do not necessarily know about these proposed changes. I would like to confirm that it was the Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) that advised me these talks to reduce the number of pens were being held by the BSACI and clinicians. I cannot stress enough that I did not pluck this petition out of thin air. I have spoken to hundreds of people who have had their doctors try to issue one auto injector pen in the last six months and many have referenced 'proposed changes' . This week I have directly emailed the BSACI and will share their response if it is forthcoming . If you wish to do so as well then their email address is info@bsaci.org. They will of course get a email sent to them every time someone signs the petition and they will see all the comments listed below. Please in the meantime do keep sharing this petition with friends, family and any agencies or support group's for anyone who relies on auto injector pens . Many thanks Angela
