I found this program by Nickelodeon, with it's own art program. I unfortunately can't do it, due to many reasons. But they are looking for:
talented and well-rounded artists with unique and/or under-represented voices.  We recommend that you present your best work and limit your work accordingly.  Focus on quality rather than quantity. The Nick Artist Program is a full-time job for up to 6 months starting in January.  Applicants must be over the age of 18 and have authorization to work legally in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not offered to Program participants. Applicants are required to submit the following materials:Portfolio/Images of artwork (required for General Track)
Storyboard of personal work (required for Storyboard Track)
Reel & Reel Breakdown (required for CG Track)
One Page Resume
Half Page Letter of Interest
