Games Production Tax Credit Vetoed

Good Morning, Unfortunately, the Governor vetoed the tax credit legislation last night. However, all of your efforts have still helped to raise this issue and highlight the importance of this credit: The Governor's staff has contacted us and still wants to support the game industry through similar legislation. There were concerns about this bill unrelated to games that caused the veto. We will continue to work with the local and state government and with you to advocate for game development production support.
