As Veterans Day comes to a close, we ask for you to consider donating to Taskforce Argo, an amazing volunteer organization that has evacuated over 2,000 people from Afghanistan which include American Citizens, Legal Permanent Residents, their families, and our Afghan Allies.
The organization has evacuated over 2,000 people and currently have additional planes funded and ready to go, but due to government situations beyond its control, there is nowhere to land them currently. Task Force Argo is actively working this, but has had to send hundreds of manifested people that it has housed and cared for across Afghanistan out of housing because it has run out of money due to these delays:

Our campaign starts with the story of two sisters. They executed missions alongside US forces on female engagement teams. They fled Afghanistan with a single pair of shoes, which they took turns wearing on their way out of the country.
America’s media outlets may have moved on, but Afghanistan’s refugee crisis continues to devastate families. You can help by posting your feet with the #showmeyourfeet hashtag and go barefoot on Veterans Day, or post the receipt of your donation (link below). Please share our donation link too!
“Where does my donation go?” We intend to continue supporting our American Citizens, Legal Permanent Residents, and Afghan Allies through and beyond their journey to safety.
This is why 100 percent of your donation goes to:
- Services for those who we are helping to escape, including shelter, food, water, clothing, and medical services to promote their safety and security
- Safe transportation to the airport when the flight is ready
- Charter aircraft for refugee evacuation and locations for legal processing
- Follow-on refugee care at transit locations, including lodging, clothing, food, medical care, immigration processing services and refugee resettlement processing fees
