Killer "tags" and Skin Biopsies Conitinues

The US continues to permit "researchers" to spear threatened orca populations and other species with tracking devices and to take skin biopsies. Both cuts into their bodies making them susceptible to fatal infections. In Canada there is also no ban on these invasive, life threatening experiments. They do claim to unofficially not allow "tagging". The US and Canada must officially state that both will no longer be permitted! In addition, the Vancouver Aquarium and others get lucrative government grants to experiment on their sentient captives (cetaceans, seals, sea lions and others) and "rescues" as they call research "tools".
