Vegan options must be available in every restaurant

The Issue

It is clearly more environmentally efficient and morally correct to be a vegan or vegetarian. Animal agriculture is responsible for 18 percent of greenhouse gas emissions, more than the combined exhaust from all transportation, obviously their are many more statistics which illustrate my point. However, I am not proposing for everyone to become vegan, as that would be too far-fetched. What I do propose however, is for it to be obligatory for restaurants to serve a certain amount of vegetarian and vegan food. This will make the transition from a meat-based diet to a plant based diet more universally viable and hopefully encourage more people to change their diet to better themselves (meat significantly increases your chance of cancer) and the planet.
