Living in Greater Manchester, a lot of people will know that we are currently fighting GMSF plans to object thousands of houses being built across our greenbelt.

When the Conservatives came into power they made a promise in their manifesto that ALL greenbelt land would be kept as greenbelt, and would not be built on. 

As a country, our greenbelt land is dwindling. We need to keep our green land green for future generations, for wildlife and to keep different conurbations apart. None of us want to live somewhere where we cannot walk our dogs, or play sport, or go for a walk. 

It is in our culture that we have green fields, and we should keep them.

This petition is against Theresa May MP to stick to the Conservatives manifesto pledge to keep 'England's green and pleasant land'
