1,028 rhino were poached & killed for their Ivory and horns in 2017. Rhinos mainly live in Africa, but today, 60% of the rhino population are Critically Endangered, meaning there is a very good chance they will become extinct.  Rangers are risking their lives to protect the Rhinos, but they do not have the right equipment, accommodation or even footwear to face this risky job and protect these Rhinos from poachers.
