This is an old problem rearing it's ugly head again.

I have spent the last 3 years being pushed from pillar to post via the DWP and they have recently decided that an award of PIP (higher rate daily living and mobility) means nothing to them! I have been placed in WRAG and have been removed from the people i dealt with for the past years, who have been completing telephone assessments due to multiple problems and were aware of many problems. They decided that i should be introduced to a company called Ingeus. After researching this company, their working methods are questionable to say the least. I had the medical assessment, asked for Mandatory Reconsideration and the DWP are dragging their feet, whilst Ingeus are sending letters (after being informed that they are no use to me at this time, due to the fact that discussing my CV with someone and informing them of my preferred job options, is unrealistic and to wait for the DWP to make their decision).

This has ensued the usual threats of you will be sanctioned...and for someone who is now past the point of caring and has been left feeling suicidal by these bully tactics, i am now in either panic mode or very annoyed that i have been treated in this way, with the DWP being fully aware of all conditions, with letters and information to back my case.

I  wrote to this company yesterday....i expect i will now be sanctioned!
