Make it a legal requirement to report to police about running over a cat

The Issue

  • far to many cats are being run over by drivers who are not stopping or reporting the incident as they are not legally bound to, if a dog is ran over the driver is legally bound to report to police about the incident. It’s about time cats ARE included in this , they are precious little animals and very much loved family members... Let’s make it a legal requirement to report ALL cats that are run over and recognise them as family pets and not wildlife!!
