Animal Humane Law Enforcement officer (Non-profit organisation)

The Paw Parade Team would like to have the right to start up a non-profit organisation which will become Paw Parade agency who will be Animal Humane Law Enforcement officers.

This organisation will have the right to take on cases with reports of animal cruelty or animals that might be in danger

All pets owner’s or pet service owner’s will need to apply for a licence of which there are 4 types.

• Pet Owner ship license: if you would like to get a pet you will need to apply for this license it is linked to the owner not the pets
• Pet Service License: is licensed to cover you to run any pet service in England
• Pet Service Agency License if you are a professional agency
• Pet Service Charity License if you run a pet service charity

Animal Humane Law Enforcement officer are fully licensed and covered while work under the Paw Parade Control Law 2017.

Animal Humane Law Enforcement officer has the right to enter any house if door or window is open and we think the animal maybe in danger.

Have the full power to take any pet away if we think the animals maybe in danger.

Have a Permit to use green / white and red flashing lights with siren in our vehicles

We would like to have full control over all animal welfare to cover whole off the uk

Full access to all microchip databases

Full access to all local park day or night

Have the right to arrest someone if they have broken code 1
