Help protect The Poppy Truck and Trademark against Organisations that use bully tactics.

This petition had 8,626 supporters

We want better Anti-Bullying Laws, and/or better laws to safeguard Trademark and Intellectual Property. The Poppy Truck was Trademark protected on Feb 2017, and was unopposed. Now 6 Months later, the Royal British Legion are using bully boy tactics to try and make The Poppy Truck owner relinquish her Trademark rights on The Poppy Truck.

Not only are the RBL doing this, they are also bullying event organisers to stop The Poppy Truck from attending events, causing a backlash from supporters, (Poppy on the prom, Mablethorpe, 13th Aug 2017). So we need better laws or safeguarding measures, to stop behaviour like this from happening in the future, and allow The Poppy Truck to be used to it`s full potential, as it was set up as a thank you to those who serve, and those who have served, by the owner, and the owner gives up her time for free to do this, and takes The Poppy Truck Nationwide to various events and shows, all of which is being placed at risk due to the RBL`s greed.

So we need your support, if you believe in what the owner does with The Poppy Truck, and the joy it can spread, then please support this cause, and SIGN and SHARE this petition.
