I have started this petition to get people who abuse animals a higher sentence and a ban for life on owning pets the current maximum sentence is 6 months imprisonment and that is no time compared to how some animal are treated we need to get this sentence upto at least 2 years.. Also it very rare people get banned for life on owning pets after abusing them some people get 5 or 10 years I’m sorry but it should be a lifetime ban. Why should they have the joy of owning pets after abusing them..
