Cats have been kidnapped and brutally killed, they've been cut in half, had their heads and other parts of their body cut off. I'm disgusted someone would do this to a defenceless cat! So many cats have been killed that I don't think the police are doing enough to catch the killer if they put more effort in then they could've found the person responsible by now and cats lives could have been saved. Some owners have had to find their cats on their doorstep dead, in one case a cat was cut in half and put back together so when the owner opened the door they thought the cat was still alive but were sadly mistaken. This has to stop the police must take more action now!
