Before I continue with part 2 of The Long Road to Justice Guide, I thought I should clear the air regarding my Go Fund Me… Are you sitting comfortably? Good! Do you have a hot beverage? Excellent! Here we go... NEW ENTERPRISE ALLOWANCE SCHEMING VS. CROWDFUNDING If you have been paying attention to my updates, you should know that, for some reason unknown to mankind, I am being denied the New Enterprise Allowance Scheme. Both my former and present Jobcentre Plus is denying me access. Recently, I have gone through the Self-Employment Gateway, and I did this for two reasons: - 01. My former work coax’s were not working to my strengths; I got increasingly fed up and frustrated with their inappropriate suggestions. Becoming self-employed was the only way to gain autonomy from the automatons. 02. I actually have a business plan from when I did the NEA last year (April). I was very close to signing off – as it were. However, I was fed misinformation by my initial work coax that brought a halt to my self-employment bid. The gross misconduct of my initial work coax is just one part of my ongoing legal battle. Trust me, when I am able, I will reveal the full extent of what had transpired. In fact, the money that I borrowed from family and friends to put into the business had to be used to help bail me out of those illegal sanctions! It was bloody insensitive when my second work coax suggested that I borrow money from my family and friends again! The fact that I had to use a food bank just before Xmas tells you that this avenue (family & friends) has been exhausted! I think my former work coax’s are using cognitive dissonance to ignore the incredible damage that sanctions can do and have done. So, right now, I am looking to pick up from where I left off with my Vegan Sports Nutrition business. The Go Fund Me donations will be definitely going into the business. In fact, crowdfunding was the idea of one of my former work coax’s! It’s all above board. The revenue will be declared as part of the business planning/cash flow forecasting. Yes, we got as far as receiving a final response from the high ranking complaint resolution body, and from there we have gone to the Independent Case Examiner. Here are some things that I neglected to tell you… About the complaint resolution team… In my district, I used the London & Home Counties Complaints Resolution Teams. I can tell you right now that this complaint body is just another department for the DWP. You cannot really expect the complaint resolution teams to do anything in your favour. Again, what the London & Home Counties Complaint Resolution Teams have done is to retell my story with the bits they – along with my former Jobcentre Plus – have added to make me look like an idiot. However, they will not get away with it. I think the Independent Case Examiner is the same… I am not expecting much from ICE. I have yet to learn how ICE plans to resolve my complaints. This, I have gotta see! At this stage in the game, I have to wait for the ICE to give me a final resolution. And from there, I can go to the… PARLIAMENTARY AND HEALTH SERVICE OMBUDSMAN Yes, the road to justice is exceedingly, and often excruciatingly long but it is worth making the effort. Once you have gone through the processes that are the complaint resolution teams – in my case it is the London & Home Counties Complaint Resolution Teams – and the Independent Case Examiner, you can then approach the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman. Nope! There’s no point in trying to jump the gun because the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman will send you back to get the final resolution notices from the complaint resolution teams and ICE. Once you are at the stage of the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman, you have to fill in an extensive form that details what has happened, the crux of the matter, and what you see as a fair resolution. You will also need for your local MP to sign the form. So, I am waiting to get to the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman, and I will take it from there. What I am looking for is damages for these illegal sanctions. I do not know if I will get damages, but I am fortunate to have a paper-trail that exposes these so-called “work coach’s” for the spineless evil weasels that they are! Remember: If you are able to win your tribunal against a sanction(s) based upon the false narrative(s) of your work coax, and subsequent colluding with his/her colleagues to impose the sanctions then the chances are you can take your case to the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman. I recommend that you do so! BOXING CLEVER? Look, I can’t say that I am particularly gifted with a great amount of intellect. I did not win my tribunals because I was able to say clever things… NO! All I did was to show the tribunal judges the inconsistencies within the testimonies of the respondents. That’s it! It makes me very angry and sad to know that many people do not challenge a spurious decision or decisions. Some people think that they must deserve to be treated in such an abhorrent manner. Some of my trolls – who, by the way, have signed this petition – have told me that I should put up and shut up! That’s very bizarre, to say the least! Why sign the petition in the first place??? Are these trolls shills??? Shill or not, I couldn’t care less! I am standing up for myself! And in standing up for myself, I am showing people that they should not bow to this foolishness! The Universal Credit system is a black hole that can suck you into debt. The concept of the “work coach” is mostly a cruel joke as work coach’s are not able to tailor-make employment goals for the individual. It’s not like I do not have a heart… I can see that some work coax’s are out of their depth because they are not careers advisors… In fact, the work coax is not even anything! They are told to get the clientele into employment by the shortest possible route, and for my former Jobcentre, this means any menial job going. This method is mad and it does not work. The reason why it does not work is that these menial jobs are low paid, which means that you'd get a top up via Universal Credit. Correct me if I am wrong, but isn’t Universal Credit supposed to make work pay??? What the Tories want people to do is to work for their Welfare Assistance. This wouldn’t be such a bad idea if the clientele could get decent work placements of their choosing – dependant upon qualifications and experience – that could actually lead to a long-term career. But as it stands, most menial jobs aren’t exactly careers and longevity is not guaranteed - especially by today's standards. You can be in a job one week, and out of that same job in another (week). This sham of a government is not ensuring long-term job infrastructure. Once upon a time, I could walk into a telesales job as they were easiest to get into. The telesales employer just wants bums on seats, and people talking on the phones. Come to think of it, I was being offered those jobs before when I had another bout of unemployment. In any event, it is very apparent that this miserable government have absolutely no clue about how to run an economy. The Tories are hell-bent on lining their own pockets, what with their offshore accounts, and selling off parts of the UK to the highest foreign bidder! As a result, the Tories have reduced the UK to a third world country status! That’s the truth! Thank you again for your incredible support!
