I was about 10 minutes early... I made sure that I gave myself enough time to get there, first impressions 'n' all. I am very rarely late anyways. I took my seat and it felt like I was at the dentist or something... Waiting for a drilling... As I took a seat in front of my new work coach her line manager sat in on what can only be described as an induction and introduction to my new work coach. BABEALICIOUS! Hey, c'mon! I NEVER said that all JCP staff/work coaches are bad people. My JCP, situated in Enfield, has a mixture of dire, shifty and good people. That said, my personal experiences of JCP Enfield is freaking awful! Maybe... Just maybe things are about to change! My new work coach is a babe! Well, I think so anyway! Ha ha! I like her demeanour, I like that she listens, I like that she is lucid, I like that she's very unambiguous and user-friendly! That's what you need in a work coach - at least that's the kind of person I need. She's very talkative like me! Thankfully, what she says makes me feel able to open up thus enabling me to be myself. My last work coach, Tricky Vicky, was so, so very demoralising. I don't know how Tricky Vicky is with other people but with me, I felt that she had singled me out for destruction. I couldn't unfold and I was imploding... Drowning in my own frustration and need to lash out at the nasty woman. My new work coach is a breath of fresh air! I think am going to write about the characters that reside at my JCP and maybe you can match these characters to the workers at your JCP! DUMBFOUNDED My new work coach suggested that I try self-employment almost straight away! I could hardly believe my ears! What??? Tricky Vicky used to wince, grimace and grunt derisively at the mere mention of the New Enterprise Allowance Scheme or self-employment. I so wished that I had gone through the New Enterprise Allowance Scheme under my new work coach as I know Tricky Vicky sabotaged me to the point where I just had to bow out. Remember the reasons why I was denied the HardShit Fund (the first time I applied for it)? Let me remind you... My former work coach had hijacked my initiatives a) to create a CV presentation aimed at Vegan cooking and b) make a LinkedIn profile. She also added the task to create a CV aimed at customer services even though I never agreed to look for customer service work. Well, I have never done it before and it's not for the want of trying. I have applied numerous times for customer services roles and I was always told that I wasn't what they, the various prospective employers, were looking for. The story of my job-search life! Anyway... I had to quickly knock up some substandard CVs as, for reasons best known to JCP Enfield, I still had to do those tasks. In fact, I did those tasks on the same day I applied the first time around for the HardShit Fund, 23rd December 2016; I went home and bashed out the CVs and created a LinkedIn account. I then emailed the CVs and a link to my LinkedIn account to the line manager who, rather surprisingly, made it possible for me to be denied. I was fuming because I did not understand why my former work coaches tasks were still relevant. Because my new work coach was responsible for my second application to the HardShit Fund I was then able to send her the CVs and link to my LinkedIn account. And, voila, the HardShip Fund was paid out. Gosh! So, my new work coach looked at the Vegan CV and said it was crap! I had to laugh as that is what I was telling my former work coach to no bloody avail. My new work coach remarked, "That CV won't work because you most of your work experience is Graphic & Multimedia Design based..." Tell me about it! This is why I vehemently resented my former work coach hijacking my ideas and turning them into crap. She never understood me and I am so very happy that my new work coach speaks my language. So, what can we glean from this? We can glean that my former work coach was constantly getting in my way with her unintelligent interpretations of what it is that I want to do and achieve. Not only that, my former work coach prevented me from getting the HardShit Fund the first time around by insisting that I had to those unnecessary tasks and then execute them in a substandard manner. Nice one! THE SANCTION TRAIL This latest 28-day sanction is a bit of mystery to my new work coach... I think she may have genuinely stumbled onto to set up. It was my former work coach who raised a "concern" and issued a standard Universal Credit notification. When I spoke to a Service Centre operative she knew nothing about this possible sanction due to a "concern" and directed me back to my former work coach to rescind this "concern". Typically my former work coach did not want to withdraw her "concern". The truth is that I made my former work coach look like a fool in front of her line manager; it wasn't difficult to do as my former work coach is genuinely stupid. It's like she caught an aggressive strain of ignorance in the extreme. My new work coach says that she will chase up the paper trail and get to the bottom of this 28-day sanction. I could see her line manager getting uncomfortable because she knows that I was set up by my former work coach and what's more is that this 28-day sanction could have been avoided had my former work coach retracted her ill-informed "concern". Should my Mandatory Reconsideration Notice receive a negative response then I know I am going to win the tribunal that will ensue as a result. PUNISHMENT? I knew the line manager would try to palm me off with regards to Tricky Vicky breaking the law on Age Discrimination and bullying. What can I do? What lawyer would come to my aid? This is potentially a £1 Million lawsuit and I would share it with any lawyer who has the metaphorical balls to take DWP/JCP to court. I would imagine that Tricky Vicky was told to dial back the nastiness a little bit. That's it! Oh, probably not to bring up the subject of the clientele's age if they are over 40, let's say. Tricky Vicky was still sitting... Well, I can't say "pretty". Tricky Vicky was still occupying her seat. It kind of bugs me as I don't know how she can sit there knowing that she's done her best to sabotage any initiative that I have put forward and tried to act upon. I wonder how many people she has deliberately derailed and have gotten away with it... It did not come as a surprise to me that absolutely nothing was done with my complaint other than to assign me a new work coach. Getting a new work coach wasn't the only objective. Tricky Vicky needs to be punished; she needs to know that trying to destroy my efforts (and the efforts of others) is despicable, morally reprehensible. Can I get a lawyer? The line manager was more concerned about the recording of my former work coach and another idiot colleague who tried to rile me towards the end. I wish that I could have videoed it as people would see what I and so many others are dealing with. The DWP thinks that this is okay! It is not! I have heard that Channel 4 has done a documentary on the kind of skullduggery at a DWP/JCP that I have been describing here and other updates. I wonder if they'd be interested in my story or stories. I have a bunch of them! I think the line manager and my former work coach is hoping that my new work coach will be enough. It is not. I want justice! And I don't want justice for myself. I want justice for everybody who has been adversely affected by this Tory stink! A RAY OF LIGHT? Look, it is not rocket science that the line manager would try to fob me off. I saw it coming a mile off! Again, not wishing to alarm you, you have to understand that this is a satanic institution that we are dealing with. I did not expect the line manager to turn around and tell me that Tricky Vicky will be suspended pending an investigation. The DWP is paying these JCP workers to treat the clientele like filth! My new work coach asked me, "What kind of punishment were you expecting?" As babelicious as she is, she behaves like there should be no reprimand for work coaches who abuse their positions and clientele. My new work coach thinks that the DWP sanction rule for accidentally missing an appointment is normal. It is not normal. It is not normal to "sanction" someone, people who are already struggling. I guess that my new work coach has to cover her back. And it could be that with her line manager there she couldn't express herself to say anything counter DWP Idiocy. She, my new work coach, and line manager were afraid that I could be recording them too! Ha ha! What's that? "A breach of the privacy act,"? What about the breach of the Age Discrimination law? How about the breach of my Human Rights to impose unwarranted and therefore unfair sanctions on someone who is trying to help himself? Like countless of others in the UK, I have been treated with absolute disdain by my former work coach with impunity. Well, my new work coach and I parted on mostly positive notes. It does appear that we'll be able to work together on me finding a job or self-employment. She's no pushover and nor was I looking for one. But I am no pushover either. She puts her foot wrong with me and it is GAME OVER!
