After losing 2 cats in 2 years to a hit and run on both my cats I have decided enough is enough. Drivers must stop and report this Just like they have to with dogs. My family is devastated once again and dont know where our cats remains are. Both times my family as had no closure and no corpse to lay to rest. 

Dogs are no more important than cats, they are somebody's pet. A pet that is loved and neutered just like any other pet. A pet that brings family's together and laugh and share

This needs to change if my cat roams it doesn't mean they are to be less protected than a dog. 

please sign this petition if you think it's fair that cats have the same right as a dog for protection. For cat owners to get answers after their beloved pet as gone missing. All of us cat owners should stand together.
