Petition updateDeportation of Rafeeq and BolaTuesday 10th
Kath HaywardGateshead, ENG, United Kingdom
Feb 11, 2015 — https://fundrazr.com/campaigns/0w2ka/ab/94T1x5 Bola and Rafeeq had a quiet day yesterday but have ventured out today. Bola has nearly gathered all the documents to gain ID. Bola has also identified a school for Rafeeq that is close to where she is staying at the moment. It is hoped that he can start soon. Bola reported that he was fine today and they both felt better after their visit out - even if it was to the passport offices. Their plight is not being forgotten about and people are working very hard under the surface to promote their cause. MP Ian Mearns raised a question on Monday and the response given by James Brokenshire was “We have a proud record on reducing and dealing with the deportation of children.” It might be timely for James Brokenshire to receive some emails from the supporters of Rafeeq and Bola. ministerforimmigration@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk
