Feb 7, 2015 — https://fundrazr.com/campaigns/0w2ka/ab/94T1x5 Bola and Rafeeq ventured to a mall this morning to purchase ointment for Rafeeq’s mosquito bites on his arms. Bola has to be encouraged to leave the hotel and is not surprisingly, daunted by the experience. Lagos is a city with a population of 21million and will have changed dramatically since Bola was previously in Nigeria. The petition was never set up as a fund raising vehicle. Unfortunately, due to the circumstances it has been necessary to do this. In the original petition it was stated that Bola had no friends or family in Nigeria and would be destitute if returned. This is blatantly the case and funds are needed for accommodation, living costs and Rafeeq’s education. At present, the fund stands half way towards the original target of £5000.
