Over £2000 has been raised with more promised. There have been 100 donations so far, which is a milestone, but please spread the word. A small donation from their supporters would make a world of difference to their welfare. In Lagos Rafeeq continues to be bothered by all the flies and Bola is, not surprisingly, struggling to adjust. The process of gaining ID is lengthy but the new contact is persistent in trying to sort things for them. It was heartbreaking to hear that Rafeeq could bring no toys with him only story books. No wonder he is confused. Please lobby your MP to support Ian Mearns when he raises questions about Rafeeq in Home Office Questions on Monday.
