10/17/26 🧋 A Community That Shows Up: Thank You for Supporting Theo’s Law!

What a wonderful afternoon of community, kindness, and connection!
On October 17, 2026, we hosted our Theo’s Law Boba Tea Community Event at Pearl’s Tea in Flowery Branch, Georgia.
What may have seemed like a simple afternoon of boba tea, prizes, and conversation meant something much greater to our family. It was another opportunity to share Theo’s story, raise awareness about disability rights, and bring our community together around a cause that deserves to be heard.
💙 A VERY SPECIAL THANK YOU TO PEARL’S TEA!
To the wonderful owners of Pearl’s Tea in Flowery Branch, thank you for opening your doors and welcoming Theo’s Law into your business. Your generosity and hospitality gave us a place to connect with our neighbors, share our mission, and continue advocating for students with disabilities.
Small businesses are the heart of a community, and your willingness to be part of something bigger than a business transaction speaks volumes. We are truly grateful!
❤️ A VERY SPECIAL VISIT FROM THE WATERS FAMILY!
We were especially touched by a visit from the Waters family, who traveled all the way from South Georgia to join us!
The distance you traveled and the time you took to be there meant more to our family than words can adequately express. Your presence reminded us that Theo’s story has reached hearts beyond our immediate community.
Thank you for showing up for Theo. We will always appreciate that.
🇺🇸 THANK YOU TO OUR COMMUNITY LEADERS!
We were also honored to welcome Charles Thompson, candidate for Flowery Branch City Council, Post 3, and Flowery Branch City Council Member Joseph Mezzanotte.
Thank you both for taking time out of your schedules to stop by, meet with us, and learn more about Theo’s Law.
Our advocacy is, and always will be, bipartisan. Disability rights are not a Republican issue or a Democratic issue. They are a matter of dignity, fairness, and equal opportunity.
We welcome conversations with everyone who believes that children and young adults with disabilities deserve to be seen, heard, respected, and included.
🌟 TO OUR GENEROUS SPONSORS THANK YOU!
Events like this become possible because businesses and individuals are willing to invest in their communities.

🎁 TO OUR PRIZE WINNERS AND EVERYONE WHO ATTENDED!
Thank you to everyone who participated, stopped to talk, learned about Theo’s Law, and helped make our event enjoyable.
A special thank you to our wonderful prize winners, who graciously gave us permission to share their photographs on social media. Your smiles captured some beautiful memories from the afternoon!
And to everyone who took even a few minutes to listen to Theo’s story, please know that your time mattered.
💙 WHY WE CONTINUE THIS JOURNEY
Theo’s Law began with one young man's experience, but our mission extends far beyond our son.
We are advocating for a future where students with disabilities are not denied the opportunity to participate in meaningful graduation recognition simply because their educational journey looks different.
Our son Theo is nonverbal, but that does not mean his story should go unheard.
Every person who shows up, shares our petition, asks a question, or offers encouragement helps amplify his voice.
We often say it takes a village. This weekend, we were reminded just how beautiful that village can be.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for standing beside our family and helping us turn one young man's experience into a movement for meaningful change.
Stronger Communities. Safer Georgia. Brighter Futures.
With heartfelt gratitude,
Gabriela & Matthew Stoner
