They are totalitarian in nature, (no juries) deliberately misinterpret what "no fault" was meant to convey, and are in effect, little more than state-sanctioned kidnapping and extortion rackets. Legally unimpeachable individuals, not seeking litigation or accused of any violations of the criminal or civil laws, find themselves dragged into secret courts and ordered to write cheques to court officials, on pain of losing their children or being jailed without a jury trial, or both.
