We want Disney to make a film featuring a Slavic princess. The success of 'The Witcher' games proves that people from all around the world find Slavic folklore fascinating. An animated short 'Peter and the Wolf' (1946) is the only Walt Disney production that features characters from a Slavic country: Russia. Contrary to popular belief, 'Anastasia' (1997) was produced by Fox Animation Studios, not Disney. Disney's animations have potrayed cultres from multiple countries, including Germany, France, China, Denmark and many more. It is about time the world got a tale about a Slavic princess. Poland has numerous legends (e.g. 'The Fern Flower', 'The Mermaid of Warsaw'), which would make for beautiful animated films.
