On October 10, 2017 Disney Interactive has filled a complaint against Club Penguin Rewritten and it's services.

Club Penguin Rewritten is an educational re-creation of Disney's now defunct online game Club Penguin, it was created by teenagers which are under 18 of age and who wish to learn how to manage a game and be successful in tomorrow's business.

Since it's launch in February, Club Penguin Rewritten has taught thousands of children skills, including, but not limited to, how to manage money, how to socialize safely online, and how to look after a pet.

Disney, however, does not seem to like this and has filled an UDRP complaint, which effectively ceases Club Penguin Rewritten and it's services, even though the original game is defunct.
