The University of Ghana Computing Systems have limited students access to YouTube at certain points of the day, denying students the opportunity to do somethings on the video sharing media. 

Now students who are connected to the WiFi can't even download photos, slides, audio and all other files that are sent them on WhatsApp. You can't also download apps from the playstore and other app stores at certain time periods. 

Whilst it is acknowledged that some abuse this, it's imperative on management to find ways of dealing with that and not necessarily punishing all students - many who use this for a lot of important things. 

Students have paid for this service. Even though it may not be that much, it's inherent on management to provide a service that gives value for money.
