But first and foremost- Wicklesham Quarry SSSI is personal to thousands of local people - a special, unique and beautiful part of the much-loved countryside of Faringdon, enjoyed and treasured by generations of local people.

If you don't want to see it buried under seven 80' high blocks, two multi-storey car parks and (possibly) a data centre, PLEASE send in your comments to the public consultation by THURSDAY 7 DECEMBER!
