Fund-raising supper and auction - 6th May!

A supper with wine and an auction will be held on Saturday 6th May at the Little Coxwell, near Faringdon. Put the date in your diary! A lively group of Wicklesham Quarry's local supporters met yesterday to hear about progress with the case and help plan this fund-raising evening. Offers of lots have started to roll in, and some talented local cooks have volunteered their services! If you could help with cooking a dish, or have an auction lot you would like to offer, please email me at protectwicklesham@gmail.com. The evening will raise funds to support the High Court hearing of my challenge to Faringdon Neighbourhood Plan. I hope local supporters will come and enjoy what should be a great evening for a modest ticket price, and perhaps pick up an unexpected bargain! In due course I shall announce the ticket sale, and a list of auction lots. Even if you're unable to come on the night, you will still be able to leave a bid with the auctioneer for any item.
